Change of mind
You can start a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@wastefreecelebrations.co.nz with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you our UK return address. Return postage is at your cost, and items must be unused and in their original condition.

Christmas crackers
Crackers that have been pulled, opened or used can't be returned. If an item comes back used or handled more than you would in a shop, we may reduce the refund to cover its lost value.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
