Returns – United Arab Emirates

Orders to the United Arab Emirates are sent from our UK warehouse in England.

Change of mind
You can start a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@wastefreecelebrations.co.nz with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you our UK return address. Return postage is at your cost – please use a tracked service – and items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Christmas crackers
Crackers that have been pulled, opened or used can't be returned.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging. We'll review it and be in touch to put things right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return reaches our warehouse, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method, in the currency you paid. We're not able to refund any local VAT, duty or courier handling charges paid on delivery in the UAE. Please allow a few days for your bank to process the refund.
