Returns – New Zealand & Australia

Change of mind
We're happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@wastefreecelebrations.co.nz with your order number and we'll send you the return address once your return is approved. Return postage is at your cost, and items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned for change of mind.

Christmas crackers
Crackers that have been pulled, opened or used can't be returned.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review it and be in touch to put things right. Faults caused by not following the care instructions aren't covered.

Refunds
We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method – please allow a few days for your bank to process it.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) or the Australian Consumer Law.
