Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?
New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. We can't ship to the EU at this time, or to Saskatchewan in Canada.

Where will my order ship from?
New Zealand and Australia: from Auckland, New Zealand.
United States and Canada: from Michigan, USA.
United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates: from Surrey, England.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is worked out by your order's weight and delivery address, and shown at checkout before you pay. See the full shipping details for New Zealand & Australia, USA & Canada, United Kingdom or United Arab Emirates.

Will I pay customs or import charges?
New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom: no – your order ships from within your country.
Australia: no – Australian GST is collected at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Canada: our Christmas products don't attract Canadian import duty. Any duties or taxes collected at the border or on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
United Arab Emirates: there's no customs duty on orders under AED 1,000. A small local VAT or courier handling charge may be collected on delivery.

Payment

Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency, including UAE Dirhams.

Returns

What's your returns policy?
It depends on where your order was delivered: New Zealand & Australia, USA & Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates. To start a return, email hello@wastefreecelebrations.co.nz with your order number.

Can I return Christmas crackers?
Unused crackers can be returned within your country's returns window. Crackers that have been pulled, opened or used can't be returned.

My item arrived damaged or faulty – what do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging, and we'll put it right.

Pre-orders

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, at any time before it's dispatched. Orders containing pre-order items ship together when everything is ready.
